Teresa Moreira brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality management, strategy, and business consulting.
Teresa was a Business Manager at Neoturis, where she developed strategies to improve competitiveness, optimize performance, and guide business transformation for key tourism projects and major investors in Portugal. Working in neoturis, with diverse clients and projects, it was clear a growing demand for speciazed support to investors and developers in the complex journey of developing, launching and managing high-quality hotel projects. CARHVE was born from real industry needs, identified through years of hands-on experience in the hospitality sector.
She also served as the Head of Country for Selina in Portugal, where she led the opening of new properties and implemented initiatives that boosted sales and customer satisfaction. At Memmo Hotels, she worked on business transformations that improved efficiency and service standards. Earlier in her career, as Group Operations Director at HF Hotel Group, she oversaw growth initiatives and helped the group navigate challenging periods with effective cost management.
Trained at the prestigious Cornell, Lausanne and INSEAD institutions, in International Hotel Management, Design Thinking and Creativity for Business and Luxury Brand Management, respectively, she also holds a Master's degree in Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), is accredited in Hotel Sustainability by the GSTC and is a certified trainer.
She is driven by a genuine passion for creating unique hospitality experiences and is dedicated to making every project meaningful and impactful.
